How the steam shrinker machine works

It should be mentioned that the shrinking machines often used in garment factories are steam shrinking machines.

A steam shrinker is a mechanical device used in refrigeration and air conditioning systems. The way it works can be simply described as the following steps:

1. Compression: The steam pre-compressor compresses low-temperature and low-pressure steam into high-temperature and high-pressure steam. This process requires a certain amount of energy, usually provided by an electric motor.

2. Condensation: The high-temperature and high-pressure steam is cooled in a condenser and converted into a high-pressure liquid.

3. Expansion: The high-pressure liquid enters the evaporator through the expansion valve, and expands into a low-temperature and low-pressure steam in the evaporator.

4. Evaporation: The low-temperature and low-pressure steam absorbs heat in the evaporator, thereby cooling the air or objects.

This process is a cycle that continuously transfers heat from one place to another to achieve cooling or air conditioning. The working method of the steam pre-compressor is based on the principle of the vapor compression cycle, through the steps of continuous compression, condensation, expansion and evaporation, heat is moved from one place to another, so as to achieve the effect of refrigeration or air conditioning.
