Equipment characteristics

The all new “HANS” HSL series rope opening slitting machine for squeezing tubular knitted fabrics after the dyeing process. It is Made of stainless steel, it is composed of a rope squeezer, automatic detwsiter, automatic opening basket, cutting system with optical reading of the drop stich position waste.

2.For the transport of the fabric, the slitting machine is equipped with a fabric feeding system with double motorized expanding rollers and double rubber-coated towing rollers.

3.The “HANS” HSL series slitting machine is equipped with an washing tank.

Fabric is delivery and sparyed by water, which helps to remove the fluffy from fabric and improve the fabric neatly and performance.
