Opening and drying process of knitted fabrics

Process key points and precautions: in actual production, the opening speed must be properly adjusted according to the equipment used, opening fabric material, fabric structure and door weight, and the opening and trimming device must be strictly controlled to prevent deviation.
(1) According to the performance characteristics of the fabric, the pressure of the water roller shall be adjusted in time.
(2) Don't drive too fast when opening, otherwise it will lead to uneven running tension of the fabric and strip deformation of yarn dyed knitted fabric.
(3) Timely untwisting is the key to ensure the smooth opening. Even at the normal speed, if the twist is not removed in time, the fabric will be under great tension, causing the strip deformation of the fabric. During the specific operation, the operation state must be adjusted according to the fabric structure and untwisting.
(4) For the umbrella expander, the size should be adjusted appropriately. If it is too large, the running resistance of the fabric will be added, resulting in excessive stretching of the fabric and deformation of the pattern; Too small and insufficient amplitude expansion affect the linear motion of the opener, resulting in poor opening quality.
(5) The opening must be controlled within the planing line, generally 0.5cm to the left and right of the planing line.
(6) Keep the work area clean, and change shoes to enter the work area. Frequently wipe the opener and overlock sewing machine to prevent the fabric from being artificially stained, oil stains, dust and other stains due to improper management.
