What are the main working principles of the open-width pre-shrinking machine
Jan 14, 2024
(1) Fabric entry: First, the textile fabric to be processed is fed into the processing area of the open-width preshrinking machine. The fabric is usually transferred to the interior of the machine through a conveyor belt or roller.
(2) Opening processing: Inside the opening preshrinking machine, the fabric passes through the opening device, which is equipped with multiple sets of tension rollers and guide devices. Tension rollers stretch the fabric to maintain a certain tension, while guides ensure the fabric remains in the correct position during processing.
(3) Preshrinking treatment: Next, the fabric passes through a preshrinking device, which usually treats the fabric with heat or steam to cause it to shrink to a certain extent, thereby reducing the shrinkage rate in subsequent processing steps.
(4) Cooling and fixing: After pre-shrinking, the fabric needs to pass through a cooling and fixing device to ensure the dimensional stability of the fabric. By cooling and fixing, the fiber structure of the fabric is rearranged so that it maintains a predetermined size and shape.
In general, the open-width pre-shrinking machine adjusts the tension and shrinkage of the fabric by opening and pre-shrinking the fabric, thereby ensuring that the fabric has stable size and quality during subsequent processing, and improving production efficiency and product quality.
