1. Before using the straightener, check whether the fasteners of the machine are tightened and whether the belt is tensioned.
2. Check whether the electrical appliances are in good condition.
3. The operation direction of the main shaft of the equipment needs to be operated in the direction of the arrow shown on the protective cover, otherwise the machine will be damaged and personal injury may be caused to the operators.
4. Check whether there are metal and other hard sundries in the damage room of the straightener, otherwise it will break the cutting things and affect the operation of the machine.
5. The purity of materials shall be checked before destruction, and metal and hard sundries are not allowed to mix in, so as to avoid breaking cutting things or causing combustion.
6. The oil cup on the equipment should always be filled with lubricating oil to make the machine work normally.
7. Stop feeding before the equipment is shut down. If it is not used continuously, remove the residues in the machine.
8. Regularly check whether the cutting objects and the screen are damaged. If damaged, replace them.
9. There will be slight oscillation when using the straightener. Tighten the connecting handle of the machine cover to avoid accidents.
